When news of Parkwest Medical Center’s major capital improvements and staff training investments wasn’t yielding new revenue or improved public reception, our focus groups revealed the sticking point: patients need to know that hospital people care. FMB designed and produced high end commercials with a unique “Treated Well. Well Treated.” theme linking the latest medical technology (“treated well”) with caring staff (“well treated”). In a crowded primary market, Parkwest is now first in public awareness and as “best hospital,” and is consistently filled to capacity.

FMB web expertise designed the site for the TVA Employees Credit Union, hosts and maintains it, freeing the client to do what they do best: improving the financial lives of their customers.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, managed by The Dollywood Foundation brings free books to children under five. Since 1999, The Dollywood Foundation has partnered with FMB to create and distribute timely, customized materials to the now over 1,600 national and international affiliates. FMB provides print ad templates, folders, posters, banners, display units, literature holders, business papers and holiday cards, all to Ms. Parton’s exacting standards.
